The maximum amount you can invest depends on your investor type. No single investor can own more than 24.99% of a property, ensuring no one has a controlling stake.
For Retail investors:
Up to USD 50,000 (approx. AED 183,650) per property
Up to USD 100,000 (approx. AED 367,300) per year across the platform
Even if you make a deposit of AED 200,000, you may disperse that into the available properties on our platform, and will not be permitted to make that full investment into one property.
For Professional investors:
Higher investment limits may apply, subject to qualification.
