Offline Transfer (Several Days)
If you prefer an offline bank transfer, you have the option to use this method on our platform. After selecting this method on the SmartCrowd website, you initiate a transfer from your chosen financial institution. SmartCrowd will process the transaction within several days. You will receive a confirmation from our team regarding your transfer once it's processed. Please keep in mind that you will be asked to provide proof of transfer for confirmation of your funds. If we do not receive your funds within 7 days, your investment/deposit will be canceled, and you will receive reminder emails.
Debit Card (2.55% Payment Gateway Fees)
You can use your debit card to make instant payments on the SmartCrowd platform. However, please be aware that a standard 2.55% payment gateway fee will be deducted along with the invested amount.
** Professional Clients can now make use of credit cards to make instant payments on the SmartCrowd platform. Please note that this feature is not available for Retail Clients at this time.
Apple Pay for iOS (2.55% Payment Gateway Fees)
Apple Pay offers a swift and convenient payment option on the SmartCrowd platform. It's important to note that while using Apple Pay, there is a standard payment gateway fee of 2.55% that will be deducted along with the invested amount. Additionally, SmartCrowd exclusively accepts debit card payments made through Apple Pay.
Google Pay for Android (2.55% Payment Gateway Fees)
Additionally, we also support Google Pay for swift and secure transactions. Please note that there is a standard payment gateway fee of 2.55%, deducted along with the invested amount. Exclusive to SmartCrowd are debit card payments made through Google Pay for added convenience.
