You can download your Investment Certificate directly from your SmartCrowd account.
To get your certificate:
Log in to your SmartCrowd account.
Go to the Documents tab.
Find the Investment Certificate section.
Select the properties you want to include in the certificate.
Choose the date range for the investments you want to view.
Click Download Certificate.
Your certificate will then be generated with a summary of the selected investments, including your investment amount, returns and total figures for the chosen period.
You can use your Investment Certificate for general record-keeping and personal reference. It may also be useful when you need a summary of your investments for financial planning, portfolio tracking, banking, visa or residency-related requests, or tax/reporting purposes where applicable.
