If your Proof of Address (POA) has been approved, funds will be reflected instantly in your wallet or applied directly to your investment using the Instant Banking payment method via Lean Payments.
If your POA is still under review, you can still proceed with your payment. However, it will be marked as “initiated” and will only be completed once your POA is approved.
Additionally, some banks may apply a short cool-off period when you first link your bank account and add SmartCrowd as a new beneficiary. After that, future transfers are processed instantly.
Please note that for transactions above AED 50,000, processing may take between 30 minutes to 48 hours following banking hours (UAEFTS rails).
