Are there any fees for using Auto Rent Reinvest?
There are no extra fees to turn on Auto Rent Reinvest. Standard investment fees and property-related costs still apply to each investment it makes.
Can I choose which property my rental income is reinvested into?
Not at the moment. Eligible funds always go to the live Buy & Hold property closest to being fully funded.
Does Auto Rent Reinvest include Flip returns?
No. Auto Rent Reinvest only covers rental income from Buy & Hold properties. Returns from Flip properties are not included.
Will Auto Rent Reinvest guarantee higher returns?
No. Auto Rent Reinvest helps keep your rental income invested, but returns are not guaranteed. All investments carry risk.
