Who is eligible for Auto Rent Reinvest?
To be eligible, you need both of the following:
At least AED 5,000 invested across Buy & Hold properties
At least AED 20 in net monthly rental income
When does Auto Rent Reinvest happen?
Auto Rent Reinvest runs on the 13th of each month, once your eligible rental income has been credited to your wallet. If you don't want to wait for the monthly cycle, you can also invest the rental income that has built up in your wallet right away through the platform.
What happens if no property is live that month?
If no eligible property is live, your rental income stays in your SmartCrowd wallet until the next eligible opportunity.
