On selected Buy & Hold properties, eligible investors can receive a total amount equivalent to a 7.5% net rental yield during the first year.
This amount comes from two separate sources:
Your share of the net rental income generated by the property.
A separate promotional contribution funded by SmartCrowd.
If the property’s net rental income is less than 7.5% during the first year, SmartCrowd provides a separate promotional contribution to cover the difference, subject to the campaign’s terms and conditions.
For example, if the property generates a 6% net rental yield, the remaining 1.5% would be provided separately by SmartCrowd. It would not be treated as rental income from the property.
