Managing your bank account details in the SmartCrowd app is a straightforward process. Whether you need to update existing details, change your bank account, or add a new one, follow the steps below:
Updating or Changing Bank Account Details
Log in to the SmartCrowd mobile app.
Tap the Wallet icon located on the bottom taskbar.
Select Manage.
Choose the appropriate tab based on your account type: - Instant Bank: For UAE instant-withdrawal accounts. - Bank to Bank: For non-UAE accounts. Use this option if your account is outside the UAE. - Card to link a debit card (Credit card payments are not permitted for retail clients.)
If necessary, delete the old bank details.
Add the new bank account information and save your changes.
Adding a New Bank Account
Navigate to the Wallet section in your account.
Tap Manage.
Select Bank to Bank to add a new bank account.
Enter the required bank account details and save.
